Account Confirmation Statement

Account Owners and Supervisor role users now have access to official account confirmation statements within your web app.

We often get asked for Account Confirmation Statements by customers, slowing us and you down in the process. We've now made your account statement available under a new Documents section of your web app.

To download the Account Confirmation Statement, you must have the appropriate role in the Xace platform. Roles like Main User, Supervisor, and Standard Supervisor can access these statements, while roles such as 'Creator' do not have the necessary permissions.

Steps to Download the Account Confirmation Statement

  1. Log in to your Xace account.

  2. Navigate to the Documents section of your account.

  3. Click on the "Account Confirmation Statement" entry.

  4. Press the download button to save it to your device.

This new Documents section opens up new possibilities for engaging with you on formal documentation, easier than ever before. For now, we're using it purely for Account Confirmation Statements.

What to Do If You Cannot Access the Documents Section

If you cannot see or download the Account Confirmation Statement despite needing one, it might relate to your assigned user role. Take these steps:

  1. Check Your Role: Confirm the role assigned to you by consulting the main user or a supervisor within your Xace account.

  2. Request Help: If your role doesn't provide access, get the document through an authorized user with sufficient account permissions. By working with your account's main or supervisory users, you'll ensure proper permissions and maintain account security.

Your statement is official from Xace and will cover any requirements you have for such documentation.

These statements can also be utilized for verifying account details for bank-related tasks, audits, or official documentation purposes.
