You can start a payment from almost any page using Create a Payment (Payment Drawer), without leaving what you were doing. Classic payment flows remain available as well, and this article brings all payment options together in one place.

Create Payment using Payment Drawer:

On any page, open Create Payment to start a transfer, file a payment, or use another payment type available for your account and permissions.

Available options:

Depending on your plan, role, and account setup, you may see some or all of the options below:

  • Pay a New Person — add a person as a payment destination and pay them

  • Pay a New Business — add a business as a payment destination and pay them

  • Invoice Payments — upload a PDF invoice and continue to payment

  • Transfer to Another Account — move funds between your own accounts

  • Batch Payments — send a number of payments at once

  • Make an International Payment — pay out in any currency (managed payment)

  • Make an International Instant Payment — pay out in any currency (instant payment)

You may also be able to pay an existing (saved) payee, set up a recurring payment, use foreign exchange (FX) between eligible accounts, or upload a batch file — where these are enabled for your organisation.

Pay a New Person and Pay a New Business:

Use this when you need to send money to an individual who is not yet saved as a payee. You add them as a Person payment destination during the flow, then complete the payment, or Pay a New Business if you are paying a supplier, vendor, or service provider for the first time:

You can also select if it would be a Single currency, or Multy currency (if applicable).

Invoice Payments:

Use Invoice Payments when you have a PDF invoice. Upload the file and the system extracts payment details (for example, name, IBAN, and other bank data). If the details do not match an existing payee, you will be asked to create a new one. You can also select a payment purpose and category where required.

After the details are reviewed and confirmed, you continue to the payment confirmation step.

Transfer to Another Account:

Use this to transfer funds between accounts belonging to your organisation. You can choose a destination account here:

Typical use cases: balancing funds across accounts, or preparing money before an outgoing payment.

Make an International Payment:

Use this when you need to pay out in any currency as a managed payment. This supports cross-border / multi-currency payouts where your organisation and permissions allow them.

Choose this when you want a managed international payout rather than the instant option. Timing and processing follow the managed international route available for your account.

Make an International Instant Payment:

Use this when you need to pay out in any currency and want an instant payment route.

Choose this when speed is the priority and an instant international route is offered for your payment.

Paying an existing payee:

If the recipient is already saved, start a payment from Create a Payment, or from the Payment tab:

Select the funding source, amount, and whether the payment is one-time or recurring.

Batch Payments:
