If your multi-user account has generated a payment, you'll receive a notification in the Approvals tab, showing the count of pending payments.
To review these payments, simply click on the "Approvals" tab.
Please note that to access this feature, you must be logged in either as the Main user or as a multi-user with approval or full access rights.
After accessing the Approvals section, you'll find a list of payments that are awaiting your approval. If you are confident about a transaction, you can simply click on the payment to view further information and choose to either approve or decline it.
Should you wish to examine the transaction in greater detail, you can click on the arrows to access the full transaction details. When reviewing a transaction in the approval process, you will have access to comprehensive details, including:
The initiator of the payment.
The total amount, inclusive of any associated fees.
A reference or description.
If you need to make any changes to these details, you will need to create a new request.
Once you've finished reviewing the information, you can choose to either decline or approve the payment.
To finalize the payment authorization, input your 6-digit authentication code and then click on the "Authorize and Approve Payment" button. It's important to note that you should use the same authentication method you used to log in to your account.
That's all there is to it! Your transaction will be placed in our release queue, and once processed, it will be dispatched to your chosen recipient.
