Log into your Xace web app account.
Navigate to the Documents Section available under Profile/Connections.
Download the Account Confirmation Letter, which includes comprehensive account information such as the IBAN and SWIFT details.
Account Types and Associated IBAN/SWIFT Details
Not all Xace accounts support IBAN or SWIFT codes. For example:
GBP accounts with only UKFP payment support: These accounts do not include IBAN or SWIFT codes and rely solely on UK Faster Payments for transactions.
Accounts supporting SWIFT/CHAPs payments: These will always have both IBAN and SWIFT codes included. The details will be indicated in the account confirmation letter accordingly.
