Navigating the Web App for Account Details
You can locate your account's IBAN number through the Xace web app by following this process:
Log in to your Xace web app account.
Navigate to the Documents Section available under Profile.
Download the Account Confirmation Letter, which includes comprehensive account information, including the IBAN and SWIFT details:
Account Types and Associated IBAN/SWIFT Details
Not all Xace accounts support IBAN or SWIFT codes, e.g:
GBP accounts with only UKFP payment support: These accounts do not include IBAN or SWIFT codes and rely solely on UK Faster Payments for transactions.
Accounts supporting SWIFT/CHAPs payments: These will always have both IBAN and SWIFT codes included. The details will be indicated in the account confirmation letter accordingly.
