The multi-company login feature was created to let you manage all your companies without signing out every time.

Who is this for?

If you have multiple companies on the platform and regularly work with payments, accounts, or approvals across different legal entities, this feature is for you.

Previously, working with each company meant signing out and signing back in every time you switched. Now you can sign in once and move between your companies within a single session.

What you get

One sign-in — authenticate once in the web app.Fast switching — choose the company you need without re-entering your username and password.Easier group management — handle payments and operations across legal entities in one working session.Security — switching happens within your authenticated session; you only see companies you already have access to.

How to use it

Step 1. Sign in as usual
Use your primary login and password (and two-factor authentication, if enabled).

Important: Your primary profile is used to sign in and to set up the mobile app and MFA. Other companies are linked as additional profiles.

Step 2. Open the company switcher
In the web app, find the company or profile menu — usually at the top of the screen or in your account menu.

Step 3. Select the company you need
Click the company you want to work with. The interface updates to show the data, accounts, and activity for that company.

Switching is instant; no second sign-in required.

Step 4. Continue working
Create payments, view balances, approve transactions — all in the context of the selected company.

To move to another company, open the switcher again and select it.

Good to know

Linking companies
To switch between companies, they must be linked in the system. If you manage several legal entities and want this feature, contact support or your account manager — we’ll set up access for you.

A separate profile per company
Each company still has its own user profile and permissions. This feature does not merge permissions. It only makes it easier to switch between profiles you already have.

Primary vs. additional profiles

Primary profile — the one you use to sign in and configure the mobile app and two-factor authentication.
Additional profiles — other companies you can switch to after signing in.

Example: Sarah manages three companies: A Ltd, B Corp, and C Inc. Before, she signed into A, made a payment, signed out, signed into B, and so on.

With Multi-Company Login, Sarah signs in once through her A profile, switches to B to create a payment, then switches to C, all without signing in again.

FAQ

Do I need to create a new account?
No. Your existing profile in each company is used. We link those profiles in the system.

Is it secure?
Yes. You only see companies you’re authorized to access. Switching happens inside your protected session.

Can I give a colleague access to all companies at once?
Permissions are still set per company. This feature doesn’t change access rights, as it makes life easier for users who already have access to multiple companies.
