We’ve improved how Xace creates and delivers your documents. Instead of keeping your browser busy while a file is built, important documents are now prepared securely in the background. You can keep working, and we’ll let you know when your file is ready to download.
What’s new in 2026?
Background document generation
When you request certain documents, Xace queues the job and prepares the file on our servers. You’ll see the job in your Documents list with a clear status: Pending, Generating, Completed, or Failed.
A dedicated Documents page
Go to Profile → Documents to:
See all your generated files in one place
Check status and download when ready
Sort and filter by document type
Remove files you no longer need
Smarter transaction exports
On the Transactions screen, you now have two export options:
Option 1 → Export this page - Downloads immediately in your browser.
Option 2 → Generate History Export - Prepared in the background; available in Documents when ready (Excel or CSV).
For large accounts, history exports can take a few minutes. You don’t need to keep the export window open; just check Profile → Documents or use the notification when we’re done.
Account Confirmation Letter
Your account confirmation letter (PDF) is also generated in the background. Most letters are ready in under 30 seconds.
How you’ll know your document is ready
When generation finishes, we can notify you in several ways (depending on your settings):
an in-app notification with a Download button
an email with a link to your document
a push notification (where supported on your device)
You can always open Profile → Documents to download files at any time.
What hasn’t changed
Account Statements — Your monthly statements under Transactions → Statements work exactly as before. This update does not change how you view or download statements.
Quick page exports — “Export this page” on Transactions still gives you an immediate download of the rows currently on screen.

If it shows Failed, try generating it again. If the problem continues, contact support and mention the time you requested the document.
Tips for a smooth experience
Use Generate History Export when you need the full filtered history — not just the current page.
Open Profile → Documents to track progress and download past files.
Keep your contact email up to date so document-ready emails reach you.
For very large exports, allow a few minutes before checking Documents again.

If a document stays in Generating for much longer than expected, or you see Failed more than once, contact your Xace administrator or support team. Include the document type (e.g. Transaction Export) and approximate time of your request so we can help quickly.
