You can download monthly Xace account statements from your account. Statements will be available on the first day of the next month. For example, if your account was active in July, your statements would be available for download from August 1. This policy ensures that all transactions for a given month are fully processed and accurately reflected in your statement. To download your account statement, you will need to:
Hover your cursor over the "Transactions" tab.
Select the "Statements" page. This will allow you to access all your available statements.
Click on the month in question and select "Download" for a document to start downloading on your browser.
If you require financial documentation before your bank statements become available, Xace provides an account confirmation letter directly from the platform. This document contains detailed information about your account and can be downloaded through the web app.
